OLD NEWS: company does plan to increase a/s at some point... company on path to get current and update all filings... funding hopefully coming to buy 10 additional revenue producing rigs...

WITH REVENUES OF OVER $6.5MIL THIS YEAR WOULD PUT THE COMPANY IN PERFECT CONDITION TO PAY OFF DEBT AND BECOME PROFITABLE!
