I DON'T NEED TO ASSUME AS EVEN THE FILINGS PROVE MY POINT(S) & THOSE SAME FILINGS ALSO SHOW WHEN MANAGEMENT CONVERTED THEIR COMMON SHARES INTO PREFERRED(S) GUESS WHAT THOSE PREFERRED(S) ARE NOT AFFECTED BY ANY REVERSE SPLIT BUT THEIR COMMONS WOULD HAVE BEEN ;-)
