I really think Manu go hosed on this. My opinion is that Jake pretty much used Manu to bankroll a new company for him to take over. What I don't get is how Manu didn't protect himself. Must have been bad advice. I am also goin to look up if there was always 50 mil preferred. It would seem like that wouldn't be the case. Who in there right mind would let all that money go just for a 25% role in the company. Something is off imo
