My biggest concern with all that Debbie was that in the original merger between Medient and Kumaran Holdings, Manu was given stock in exchange for 13 ++ million dollars (preferred and common), Im just not sure how the company (MEDIENT) can take away those shares with out paying Manu with cash for them (if they took them away), we'll have to wait for the 8-k's and see what happened...
