You believe what you want to believe but, the minutes show who was and who wasn't there. If Larry Panik and Bruce Hoyt were there as reported, then they were there to make a deal. Plaintiffs already filed for July 2014 and September 2015, no need to report, only legal counsel on the 13th. The court most likely recognized,if both parties would of been there, perhaps something could of been settled. Henceforth both counsels could be working something out. We'll see in October;Until then we have exciting news from RTN going down all summer and starting today in Paris, France and later on this week Mainz, Germany
