I really doubt the court told Panik and Hoyt they had to attend the conference and the plaintiffs they didn't have to come. I assume this means TMM is still thinking they can outlast Dimension, and with no facts on their side that is their only winning strategy. The only problem with that is it won't work, so millions of TMM investor dollars will continue to be flushed down the toilet chasing this windmill instead of trying to start a business. At least the lawyers are happy.
