A high animal fat diet is correlated with CVD worldwide . Even early studies in Japan found that inland farming communities eating a high animal fat diet had higher rates of CVD the those living in coastal communities eating a high fish diet .
As regards Statins ...even JL I think agrees that Statins lower inflammation ( Jupiter Trial ) and thus reduce CV events .
