IDK Fraccy, ur dealing with some pretty slick people...Tmmi changed dfi from an s corp to a c corp, with no problem. Why was dfmi even formed? to scam you. I'll bet money from the sale of that house in Hawaii was put in off shore accounts to hide it from the next lawsuit.

Shareholders were told it was all legally done and assured in writing by mgmt all docs were on file.

Yet no one can find filed papers, so it wasn't all done legally, but it guess that's what they would tell you if they were scamming you.
