estbossm, you're nailing him. The other question for him to answer is what the real reason was for bankrupting DFMI. It certainly wasn't because of TS's alleged 300K grab. There was certainly a lot more money than that that went through DFMI. Looks to me like a lot of innocent people have been hurt by the dentist's haste to screw TMMI with his slick maneuvers that has left them without any legal standing.
