The current AS is primillary here to insure the toxic financers to be paid . At this stage I don't think they will allow the company to sell shares directly to the market. Those authorized shares are their guarantee. ..

But they/ we have defaulted on EVERY SINGLE PAYMENT, and Property.

Dilution and default = possible BK.

This is my concern, and respectfully you are intelligent enough to realize that. Not sure many here are.
