There will be no BK as long as the Nevada SOS will allow them to increase the Authorized Capital and as long as the folks who don't understand nothing about financing are not majority to vote against an increase in Capital .

Stating "they/ we have defaulted on EVERY SINGLE PAYMENT," is totally wrong and just shows your lack of understanding regarding financing activities ...

All toxic financing deals are honored or updated in a way to be regularized as of today

They are on default on some property agreements such those with GeoXplore . But , as stated in the SEC filings , the concerned parties , by mutual consent , are still waiting on the financial situation of the Company to improve in order to discuss how to regularise the deal ... In the worst case scenario, we are going to lose the rights on such property and maybe have some additional fees to pay because of the default on agreement , but it doesn't implies BK in this case...
