what share holders ? the other 40 or so share holders of DFI is no longer share holders of DFI in 2012 after they submit their shares to DFMI in 2000 for whatever reason. If DFI and DFMI merged in 2000, then why in 2012 Simpsons and Haskins still hold the DFI shares in 2012 ? Is it a partial merger ? or what ?
