Nothing to do with the Superior Court, where does it say that? And it says tmm acquired the outstanding shares of DFI. But if there was no 2000 merger then why didn't the other 40 or so shareholders besides Simpson and Haskins get any? Any how was the deal approved with no shareholder vote? That deal will not stand.
