Splitting hairs? Two of DFI's original shareholders (who by the way turned in their DFI shares when they accepted DFMI shares) get together, tally their DFI shares (which magically reappeared).... which they know didn't represent a majority, make a deal with TMMI to sell the company.....while forsaking all of the other shareholders. Yes, that should be a fun one to explain to the judge. I wonder how culpable TMMI will be on this?
