RD can't sell shares just like that. They will have a new finance agreement for you to review and analyze before any significant shares ever hit the market.

Yes and no... From a trader's standpoint... hell yes is the appropriate answer.
From someone looking at the future of a company he has followed for years.... no... it's a horrible precedent.

YES, A 10BAGGER OFF THE BOTTOM IS PRETTY DECENT......WE AGREE

NO........you say its a horrible precedent, but you failed to mention or appreciate that these shares can and will be used for a variety of reasons.......this is life in the otcbb world, bud.......deal with it.......dilution comes with the territory.......but the problem here is that you somehow have put this as your first order of priority.......you say you are looking at the future of the company..........oh really, how do you expect this little company to grow......how in the hell are they going to add distribution centers at this early stage......how in the hell are they going to hire first rate auditors.........how??........are they revenues up enough to justify this kind of SGA??..........OF COURSE NOT........as with ANY otc company, financing in the market place is a widely known and common practice for small upscale companies.....and you also failed to mention those share could end up restricted in the form of a buyout ........but none of that seems to matter.......you want your cake and eat it too.........no dilution, means no growth....no growth means no cc, no aafes.........
---------------------------------------------
AS turns in OS all the time.. we saw it happen right before our eyes in late 2005... Mechanically it goes from transfer agent to market maker then to us if we choose to buy... though many times brokers hold shares as well.........NO FILINGS, NO CONSENT, NO PROXIES??.........REALLY??.....
--------------------------------------------------------
Assurances... you can give none in light of recent history...
Hard to defend dillution of that magnitude........I JUST DID......THE PROBLEM IS.........YOU CANT AND WONT ACCEPT IT.....if i had to take a guess, you probably got caught with your pants down and refuse to admit the missed trade......not uncommon to see a long go negative when that happens.......actually its rather easy to defend the D CARD players if they have an open mind.........but obviously you arent in that category!.......your mind is made up and you have built up a fortress around you, because you are being scrutinized a lil...........

The parting insult was cute.........WASNT MEANT TO BE AN INSULT.........as soon as the D CARD was played, i saw a lot of good people go negative ........immediately..........why?.....because some clown on some message board said increasing the "A"S is a bad thing........and they were gonna lose their money.......and thats just wrong.........

people like you are quite amazing.......trying to pick off members one by one.......trying to keep that collective resentment going, so you and your misery can have some company.........you prey on unsuspecting posters, who are not as informed as others.......and yet, you think you have all the answers........how misinformed, my young friend.......yet you still hang around this thread.....why is that?......not sure you made the right decision?.....if you sold off, i can answer that very quickly.........you did NOT make the right decision!.........i do find it rather amusing that you use the philosophy of "buy low sell high" yet with this stock, somehow you have changed,,,,,and are really concerned about the future and your fellow man.........while at the same time describing yourself as..........what was that......"agitant".......hell son, i probably forgot more about agitating than you will ever know.......a few years ago, redherring magazine did an article on me, because i pissed off a ceo so bad, he couldnt think straight and i did it on a message board..........nah.......you are a pimple on a flys ass with regard to 'AGITANT'.........night night......mikey

Relentless, you are no doubt onesided in your perception of the whole A/S and O/S subject. It is quite simple for anyone to understand with minimal business experience and/or education:

When a company is starting out usually there is minimal or no positive cashflow. So how do you stay afloat? Two options that immediately come to mind are debt financing and equity financing. Guess which option GZFX is choosing with the A/S?

Right, equity financing.

It makes perfect sense with only 6K +/- subscribers to not take on debt to support general operations in addition to making acquisitions.

Let's be real about this thing. GZFX is in its infancy, has a great business model, and is improving service consistently. They also have major deals coming to fruition. In the fullness of time when things start to explode positive for this company the A/S and O/S issue will be a nonissue.

The objective is for them to survive and to thrive, it is just that simple.

You are way too focused on the near-term share price and not the business model and its potential.

Stephen

RentlesslyDesperateforShares: Are you telling us all this because you're concerned for us and think we should sell all but $100 worth like you? Are you telling us this because you're our friend? Are you telling us this because you're angry? Are you telling us this because it makes you feel better?

You keep telling us this like we haven't heard it all before...about 10000x's before. Give it rest, please.

Talk about a broken record. :/
