So you're saying that instead of placing the load on themselves, they are placing it on the investors. I think "it is quite simple for anyone to understand with minimal business experience and/or education" that this is not going to help honest investors in the near or far future.
Maybe if they start making some huge progress to compensate, investors won't get screwed in the end, but there has been nothing to date, just promises and "Deals in the works".
So all in all, I think you are basically agreeing with Relentless (whether you're savvy enough to understand it or not)
