First of all, If you read the reports you will see where there are less than 1,000 shareholders.
Secondly TMMI withdrew from their part of any deal with DFI then DFMI due to not being able to follow through with their commitments. Intentions are great but actions are what validity is based upon. You know this failed through the animosities and lawsuits that followed. Heck, Iterated licensed it to DFMI and Sloan was one of the signatures.
I guess you refuse to answer about that 2012 document that you've seen and referenced in an earlier post but, admittedly, haven't been to the venue to see it????
