4retire is spot on! You can't have it both ways, if you say the 2000 merger was no good then all the old DFI shareholders were still there in 2012. Then the 2012 acquisition of DFI by TMM was clearly invalid! No shareholder vote took place and Simpson and Haskins did not have a majority of the shares.
Either way it's argued, TMM loses. Actually, any way any of this is argued TMM loses.
