you skepticism has been noted. As said before, Nova was originally set up to be spun off. That was made clear by Tim at least one time. You state "Now we know, Tim and "others" owns Nova privately". Not true - Nova is a public company (short of the name change). Tim announced that you could buy into NOVA thru Rivinia as an IPO. Now if you chose not to put down the $100k minimum (or thereabouts), then is it Tim's fault that he did and you didnt?
As for backroom deals, there are a lot of things that have not been fully explained, yet we got a 30 some page 8-k that went into a lot of the details. I wouldn't exactly call that a backroom deal.
Tim ('s kids) is the majority owner, not hicks - that is a fact. It is at this time only rumored by utoh that Hicks is even involved - unless he can show us where he got that info, I will take it as just a rumor. Tho UTOH says that all his info is 100% accurate, he has shown a batting record less stellar than that of the Cleveland Indians. I dont dismiss his information cause it is juicy at times, but I do try to verify the good stuff before I do something stupid.
See, you get me defending the stinking company when I want to be outraged by the lack of timeliness of the Q, still being on the pinks (cause tim doesnt want to pay to get off) and the continuation of hicks.
