Technically it's possible. A company is allowed to decide when their stock is allowed to be traded based on market conditions.

However, when Regen receives the ticker is irrelevant. Until that CUSIP ID # in your portfolio changes to the ticker symbol, it will not matter. But when it does, just hold on tight, going to be one hell of a good ride.
