$ECDC peanuts when you consider verizon on our side. Share buybacks can't be ruled out. Time will tell.

No...not at all. Just because the company has the ok to sell that many shares does not mean they will. If they ever did the overall dilution would prevent this thing from ever getting off the ground....or they would probably resort to a R/S....neither would be good for investors.
