agreed, hopefully tomorrow 8k may show us some details, especially that Manu even mentioned in a press that 8k is going to be drafted by people who took these actions so we may see some dirt on Manu... it is possible he did messed up some stuff, when others on a board were telling him otherwise...

Good thinking IMO Debbie. Very plausible.
I wonder if this was a strategy to negotiate with him through legal channels.. like maybe forcing him to take on a partner, or something similar. We all know this is/was his baby and he wanted full control. Maybe he's passed up some opportunities because of it and it forced the board to take drastic action.
