I do not think this is end. I think it is good news. Manu said in his press that he is going to fight to regain control. Should be interesting...

I wonder if this was a strategy to negotiate with him through legal channels.. like maybe forcing him to take on a partner, or something similar. We all know this is/was his baby and he wanted full control. Maybe he's passed up some opportunities because of it and it forced the board to take drastic action.
