Thanks for posting the MRK-IDIX slide set. Of course, MRK is not going to publicly reveal how much it thinks IDIX’s incremental IP is worth.

IDIX Bidding Process - Initial discussion started at Nov AASLD last year:

Party A (I assume it's ABBV): Bid from $9-$10/share plus $2 CVR to $14/share to $18.5/share to $19.75/share.

Party B (I assume BMY): Bid $7.18/share.

MRK: Bud from $9.78/share to $18/share to final $24.5/share.

Party C was contacted - assume Roche or BI since NVS was specifically mentioned as not contacted - but expressed no interest.
