I read the IDIX SEC filing over the weekend and had some questions on your post --

Why do you think Party A was AbbVie and Party B was BMS and Party C was Roche or BI?

As you know it was reported in the media that Parties A & B were AbbVie and J&J.

Just wanted to hear your reasoning. TIA!
