What is up with ZTE? They have been quiet throughout this process. I believe they are the only SE Asian phone manufacturer outside of HonHai not to settle or pay for any license from IDCC. HonHai might get a pass because their structural relationship with Apple, makes Apple responsible to pay. They do settle- see Acacia Research. IDCC has deals or are pending with just about everyone around them. They are dead meat on infringement- I believe IDCC can make them pay more if they go to decision. What are they thinking?
