I have personal experience with T/A's only giving me the NON-RESTRICTED O/S and not the TOTAL O/S, it does happen. Im still going to e-mail them that question to verify that is the number we are getting, it doesn't hurt to verify in pennyland.
If you issue less than 5% of the total O/S to any single entity, you don't have to file separately, you can wait till the 10-Q's or 10-K's for that info, check out most of the finance agreements out there you can find and they'll specifically say the company can only issue 4.99% at a single time, if that weren't the case we would be seeing filings every week IMHO...
Technically, they currently are pink- voluntary reporting - current info, as of today. The hope is they continue to keep up with current info and re-uplist to the OTC QB tier with a PPS maintained of .01 or higher....
