Look, it's a 90 MIL or less First Phase Project
That is the way you have to look at it. I have a huge shopping center and industrial project near me that has taken over 5 years and it's still not completed. They began the project with Phase 1 and continued over the years with the various stages. New Developers came in. Atlas is an integral part of the total design of this company. I don't think we can second guess them at this juncture. IMO
