Dew, with regard to your question of how I am planning to vote my shares...

I plan to vote for Gary Halverson from the list of CLF candidates because I have liked some of the changes at CLF since he became CEO. However, I can be convinced otherwise since I don't know if these have been proactive on his part or reactive to the Casablanca challenge.

I plan to vote against current members of the CLF Strategy and Sustainability Committee (i.e. Barry Eldridge & Richard Riederer) because I feel that this committee has failed to meet my expectations (see #msg-98439295). Note that the two board members that are not up for re-election were on this committee (Susan Cunningham, Andres Gluski); Francis McAllister, who also was a member of this committee, resigned from the Board in June 2013.

I have not yet decided how I will cast my remaining eight votes... I'm waiting to see how things progress in the coming weeks leading up to the meeting.
