I would like to disagree with your post.... Its all about the sale force. BP has a sales force and we DO NOT. If you haven't learned this by now you are just ignoring the facts and probably reading JL's posts over and over. I DOESN'T MATTER HOW GOOD THE SCIENCE IS IF YOU CAN'T SELL IT. It hasn't been about the science... Its about the marketing. Most doctors do not even know about V!!! Wake up people... We all know the science is good. That's why we invested. Now we need a REAL partner or a BO. If KOWA doesn't get scripts going we will be under a $1 real fast - we are almost there!
How did Generic Lovaza jump to 70K scripts per week? Surely not a sales force full court press.
Wrong question to ask - L has been around for 15 yrs, well known to docs - you'd be better off looking at the data from time of L approval, as in the first 1-5 yrs of sales, to compare it to current V sales.
