You are completely forgetting the insurance coverage changes dramatically. This opens up doors for Vascepa, that Lovaza market had closed to them. It's all about what the drug is approved for, no Omega3 products approved for this range. Vascepa will be the drug of choice in the Preferred Drug Formulary. Well the only Omega-3 class drug.
Vascepa is being shuffled under the rug, by many Insurance Companies, like BC/BS. I suspect this is why Refill rates, are not as good as they could be!
