It wouldn't seem logical to expect efficacy to increase with lowering the dose.

I agree. Still, it is possible that somehow there is a beneficial relationship between lower AE's and improved efficacy.

Have a look at Chart 15 of the ASCO .ppt showing that appears to indicate for CCyR, Iclusig durability improved, albeit modestly, with lower dosing.

I'm just saying, it may be worth a look for Rida.
