If they knew for sure it was a VitaCig they would have posted the picture itself and wouldn't have put a question mark on the tweet. OBVIOUS HYPE EFFORT.

I'd guess someone hacked their Twitter.
Its obviously not a VitaCig.
Maybe some kind of vapecig or just a tar cig, but not a VitaCig.
That should be removed ASAP. IMO.
