Yea, it certainly looks like it could be a vitaCig. Judging by mCig's track record, i imagine it is.

If not, this would be the first, and extremely surprising instance of a "fluff" tweet.

So - my opinion is that they know for sure it's a vitaCig and that's why they tweeted.
