More amusing is that you still support the people running things there at WSGI. COME ON! These idiots can't even get dates correct on LEGAL DOCUMENTS!!

Don't you think that they would have tried to at least get DATES correct, given the fact that they are trying to win a fairly important legal battle?

Did anyone even PROOF READ the response before submitting it to the court?

It's ridiculous that this happened and the sad thing is that it accurately shows the level of intelligence of those in charge.

the judge is going to realize the frivolous nature of WSGI's action against LJC. I mean after all, they've already proven they don't have a clue.

I think there's a good chance the only reason WSGI filed the suit was to delay the inevitable of LJC triggering the guillotine and they never thought they had a chance anyway. How else can you explain the ridiculous answers to the court? Can they really be that stupid!

It's beginning to look more and more like the good ole boys at WSGI were simply buying time to remove the only asset they thought might be worth something before they let this insolvent shell slip into the black hole of zeros after the decimal point.
