jmart...anything could happen. If CC wanted to roll it out, but not all the details were set, do you think GZFX would pull the plug, or operate "on a handshake" until things were straightened out? I am not saying that is what happened or is happening. I am saying nobody knows. Despite what some here might claim, I believe that "handshake" thing happens quite often in business. I know my company will do business "on faith" with certain clients, with both parties knowing lawsuits are likely if the faith is not kept.

There was a "Winding Down" clause in the pilot agreement. I do not know what it entails but I am pretty sure it allows them some time, post agreement.

Maybe they have entered into a non written memorandum of understanding to extend & the final version still has to be signed

seems to me that an agreement might have already been made b/n gnf and cc but i'm not sure they have to file it with SEC or let us lowly investors in on it right away. Could be they are waiting for the finishing touches to be completed on the new site before they file or jointly release the agreement. The site is ok....but if i were CC and i knew a vastly improved site was coming out very soon... i'd put off the national PR until it was up and running. First impressions are everything.

What is most annoying is why they are withholding the announcement. SEC filing will precede a public PR. Those keeping an eye on filings are smart.

Those waiting on "HQ" to advise its shareholders dont learn from past experience.
