seems to me that an agreement might have already been made b/n gnf and cc but i'm not sure they have to file it with SEC or let us lowly investors in on it right away. Could be they are waiting for the finishing touches to be completed on the new site before they file or jointly release the agreement. The site is ok....but if i were CC and i knew a vastly improved site was coming out very soon... i'd put off the national PR until it was up and running. First impressions are everything.
