We are no longer a r&d company We have product that is being sold - there are many high caliber corporate lenders out ther that will purchase receivables at a discount depending on the quality of the purchaser - I do not think that the discount would be that much based on co's such as Dell and the US Gov't. as respects credit worthiness, if the need be. This is an everyday practice in corporate America- a cost of doing business We do not need the $$ for raw materials etc so the $$ can be used for the "burn rate" What we DO need are some contracts for product, so it can be shipped and receivable eatablished It would be a lot less costly than another private placement. Keep your eye out for solid contracts with numbers attached
