His YES MANs has agreed to everything, so he was can do it in a legal way.


I think there is no need to sell the shares at this level. I am very optimistic that Fifer is OUT soon..... Than things will come back good here....

Like GI already said, how did these liabilities increase in detail. Comprehanding this, isn`t really possible in my opinion. Whether RF and his buddies milked the company or not doesn`t matter anymore. The question is how long they will be able to act like this for the future. Trust in the management is totally gone

A collateral reason for the increasing liabilities could be the grade of ore at Molejon. Why did they invest for a fourth ball mill? It was said to extend the production of gold with this fourth ball mill and to add the heap leaching for the stockpiled material in a next step. Now we are talking about 4.000 oz per month supported by the heap leaching. It shows that there is no "high" graded ore anymore which is really profitable to process with the ball mills. Means that the fourth ball mill was a stupid decision.
If indeed possible it helped to increase the throughput of ore with lower grades than before and to stabilize the output of Gold.
