alopex, this news is an update of PT's long intentions of having a pilot plant. The previous PR of Feb. 1 just spoke of a piece of equipment that was purchased for the plant. "The Machinery purchased is designed to apply lead tin plating on the company's proprietary, patent pending vitreous carbon plates."

Today's PR gives further details.

"announced today a new pilot plant is underway ...
... Equipment and machinery is scheduled for delivery in April and we expect to have the pilot plant operational in May of this year."

They state in a couple of time frames the financing and then the "ordering" of the engineered equipment to construct the plant.

The most recent 10K/Q SEC filing also states the ordering of the pilot plant equipment from two different sources (Wirth and one other)in Dec & January dates.

The "restatement" of the status of the Pilot Plant today could be to keep the "ball rolling" on the share price OR I thought for a short time it was to mask an upcoming dissapointment in
the Kung Long testing results.
With the volume and buying today, I think there must actually be POSITIVE developments coming from Kung Long.
