You are incorrect;as KBLB is concentrating on spider silk fibers and their applications.

Amsilk stated that the won't be capable of producing commercial quantities until "AFTER 2015."

Large-scale output for products such as fibers and high-performance textiles will come after 2015, Leimer says.

Even then:

Leimer is convinced that, even from the outset, the market will be able to support several players.

Let's stick to what KBLB is currently working towards and THEN tell me if Amsilk is a true competitor of KBLB's.
