That will be much more effective than convincing 10 or 20 or even 50 or 100 or 500 or 5,000 to switch all their NW shares over to a cash only account (while watching millions get shorted in your face anyway, off the grid). If enough of a buzz is created, the SEC will step up. They're like any creepy politician in that regard. Public outcry on specific issues gets them off their asses. They can then target the one squeaky wheel and look effective (while the whole vehicle is breaking down--but I digress). This is finally an effective strategy.

But still count me out (personal reasons).

Follower: Yeah I should do that. (Submit a complaint to the SEC). With all my complaining, at least one complaint should be official. I have started a few times, but got worried about trying to get bigger fish. (Like I could do that)

Last time, it got too complicated. This time... I think it is straight-forward, at least from my perspective. So, good idea. Perhaps I will finally do it.

My strong impression is that the SEC is not a real organization. That there is almost no chance of them ever taking on anyone tied to the upper crust. But, there is a responsibility to go through the motions and find out for certain.

I wonder if AF was contacted by the SEC

It's a simple form to fill out for a complaint against stock manipulation. Maybe if enough of us continue to file one against AF, the SEC will listen and do something.
I did file a stock manipulation complaint on 05/26.
I haven't heard anything from them though.

You know, maybe they did - he has been kinda quiet on NWBO.
... or maybe he's seen the light and is contemplating coming over from the dark side.
