So Heddle is so incompetent as a CEO he actually never realized his hand picked CFO wasn't working at all on the required 10K for 7 full weeks into the new year?

Heddle never checked once, or asked for a status, or inquired upon any details for the most important SEC filing the company and his hand picked CFO needed to make until it was roughly two months too late ?

Sounds like Cappy Heddle should stick with tugs on the high seas because if this scenario is to be believed Heddle is the second worst CEO this company has seen yet.

The 10K wrapping, up 2013 is, the kick off, for everything else, the company, has been doing, since, last, year. I know Rahoul, has been busy, crunching numbers and, if anyone is, by the factory, there is going, to be a, mob of people, there this week. I think everyone, will be impressed, with the BOD, selections that will, be the shareholders, voice that has, gotten stepped on, over the past, couple of years.
