Agreed... Its quite possible that Terranova didn't do jack on the 10K before he left, and Banerjea had to start from scratch with the auditors in mid-March. That's an 8-10 weeks process by itself. Then of course the auditors themselves must be timely in their review process.

To me JBI roulette is about when the sale of machines might be announced, which is anybody's guess. I say we get the K this week.

Our 10K is, late because under, qualified Terranova didnt, do anything...
