I called and talked directly to him just as others here have in the past 2 days. The SEC had no idea Parilla even talked to Finra, and actually asked him for the name and number of the Finra employee that interviewed him. Parilla said he spoke to Finra for almost 2 hours, and he said they covered everything a-z. He said Finra was very happy and there was no problem. He said he called the guy at Finra and that person didn't even know about the suspension! I'll see if I can get in touch with either him or my friend from Erie on Sunday and see if he'll give us the name and number of the Finra employee he spoke with. This whole deal just smells like a typical Gov't mess.
