Because everything I said is factual and well-known? That is how the investigative process works. It has been well documented and isn't a secret.

FINRA is a regulator. The claim that no regulator spoke to the Company prior to the suspension is not true.

SEC laws & regulations are well known. You stay within them you are good. You disregard them certain things happen. And there is a passel of consistent historical precedent for why this happens and what the consequences are. So it isn't the same as guessing in the dark.
