I think this is all based on him thinking he's safe and untouchable. That nobody's going to take any action or notice that the SP has cratered from his blunders and that he's not accountable for his actions. Until now he's been right in his assumptions.

Shareholders need strike while the iron's hot because if it's not done it may be too late. It's the only thing that will ever give this company any credibility.
