I must correct something on my last post:
I was write, that that management don´t let discuss with them and that they think only their way is the right way.
Thats not correct, i better must say, Richard don´t let discuss with him or when he let discuss with him, he does anyway how he would do.
The other guys from PTQ have nothing to say (that´s my feelings after follow PTQ for many years and also visit the propertys and almost all guys from the BOD), it´s a one man show and this one man decide there whatever would happens, the other say to all yes and amen and get for this a good salary.
I am in close contact with PTYgold and we try to change something there.
