actually the down trend has tested .026 twice and bounced twice...chart making turn for the upside...especially with major NEW pending on real business... stocks a buy..and with that 2mm share offer at .032 being eaten up, others feel the same way.. at this time TAUGs a buy up to .06 to .08 range with major news any day now..
