The Apache can take a direct hit from 20 mm shells now( not on its blades, its under belly).. Tanks also have special amour, mixed with Kevlar. I heard of one tank getting hit with artillery 120 mm shells and the people lived. That is the size tanks use also. If the Armour is 10 times tougher than it would be now, the probability of surviving goes up significantly. Lets just say, they will be able to take almost anything on the battle field. Molten RPG rounds excluded, I am talking about shells.
